These terms apply to your use of Dalsna Finance (dalsnafin.com), which is operated by Dylan Moyer ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Information only, not advice

Everything on the site is general information to help with your own research. Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. We don't know your circumstances. Before you make an investment decision, think about getting advice from a qualified professional. Past results, including an analyst's or a member's record on this site, don't predict future results.

No warranty on data

We work to keep the site accurate, and we correct mistakes when we find them (see our editorial standards). But prices, analyst price targets, company figures, calendars and other data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and the site can be unavailable. The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted service, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Third-party content and links

Headlines and summaries on the site come from other publishers, and many pages link to other websites, such as the publishers' own stories and SEC filings. That content belongs to its owners, and we don't control it or answer for it. A link is not an endorsement.

Accounts and member content

You can read the site without an account. If you create one, keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account. You can delete it from your account page at any time, as described in our privacy page.

Members can post price targets and calls on scorecards, comments and crowd guesses. These are the members' own views, not ours, and they are shown publicly with the member's username. By posting, you confirm the content is yours to share, and you allow us to show, store and score it on the site. We may remove member content, or suspend an account, that breaks these terms.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• post anything unlawful, misleading, abusive or that infringes someone else's rights;
• use the site to promote a security in order to move its price, or post a call while hiding a position you hold in it;
• impersonate anyone, or use someone else's account;
• try to break, overload or get around the site's security or rate limits, or scrape it in a way that puts a heavy load on it;
• send spam or advertising through comments or other member features.

The analyst price-target data is free to reuse under CC BY 4.0, as set out on the methodology page. Other publishers' content on the site is theirs, and isn't covered by that licence.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on anything on it, including trading or investment losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any dispute about them or about the site will be decided in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.
