(CSE: FNT.U) (OTCQB: CNTMF) (“FLUENT” or the “Company”), a vertically-integrated, multi-state cannabis company, announces that it has entered into an amendment (the “Amendment”) to its existing senior secured credit agreement, dated November 26, 2024, as amended on March 17, 2026 and April 17, 2026 by and among FLUENT, its Canadian and US subsidiaries, the lenders party thereto (the “Lenders”) and Chicago Atlantic Financial Services, LLC, as administrative agent (the “Credit Agreement”).
