(“Arch” or the “Company”) (TSX Venture: ARCH and OTCQB: ACHFF) announced today that it has arranged a non-brokered private placement offering of 1,058,823 common shares priced at $0.85 per common share (the “Common Shares”), for gross proceeds of $900,000 CAD (the “Offering”).
