('Wereldhave') announces the sale of Eggert Center, a Full Service Center located in Purmerend (the Netherlands) to Transitions Europe, a French real estate investment fund managed by Arkéa REIM, for €62.8 million (excluding transfer tax). Following the transaction, Wereldhave will stay on as full-service asset, property and leasing manager through its proven Dutch asset management platform and LifeCentral strategy.
