Subsea7 - Sale of heavy transportation business
Luxembourg – 5 November 2026 - Subsea 7 S.A. (Oslo Børs: SUBC, ADR: SUBCY) today announced an agreement for the sale, by Seaway7, part of the Subsea7 Group, of its heavy transportation business1 to HEA Energy. The transaction remains subject to closing conditions, including any applicable regulatory approvals, with completion expected in the first half 2027.
