Tecnoglass Announces Third Quarter 2026 Dividend
Miami, FL, Sept. 10, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Tecnoglass Holdings Inc. (NYSE: TGLS) (“Tecnoglass” or the “Company”), a leading producer of high-end aluminum and vinyl windows and architectural glass for the global residential and commercial end markets, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.60 per share on an annualized basis, for the third quarter of 2026. Shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 30, 2026 will be paid a dividend of $0.15 on October 30, 2026.
