(TSX: NICU) (OTCQX: MGMNF) (FSE: 8YD) (“Magna” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the results of a Pre-Feasibility Study (“PFS”) prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”) for the 100% owned Crean Hill Project (“Crean Hill”), located in the South Range of the Sudbury Basin, northeastern Ontario.
