Hudson Technologies Re-Awarded Defense Logistics Agency Contract

(NASDAQ: HDSN) a leading provider of innovative and sustainable refrigerant products and services to the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration industry – and one of the nation’s largest refrigerant reclaimers – announced that it was notified by the United States Defense Logistics Agency (“DLA”) that it has been re-awarded the previously disputed and rescinded Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with the DLA. The initial term of the agreement runs through August 4, 2031 and is valued at $210 million, with the DLA holding a five-year option to extend the term through July 31, 2036.
