Computer Modelling Group Ltd. Announces Exemptive Relief Obtained in Connection with Its Substantial Issuer Bid

(“CMG” or the “Company”) (TSX: CMG) is pleased to announce that, in connection with its ongoing substantial issuer bid (the “SIB”) to purchase for cancellation up to C$20,000,000 in value of its common shares (the “Shares”), the Alberta Securities Commission, as CMG’s principal regulator, has granted an exemptive relief order exempting CMG from complying with certain extension take up, proportionate take up and related disclosure requirements.
