(the "Company" or “Omni-Lite”; TSXV: OML) announces that it has granted a total of 290,000 stock options (“Options”) and 60,000 restricted share units (“RSUs”) of the Company (collectively, "LTIP Securities") to certain directors and officers of the Company pursuant to its Long-Term Performance Incentive Plan (“LTIP”).
